Se hvilke challenges vi tidligere har lavet og hvad der er på programmet nu. Du kan downloade og printe hver challenge enten med eller uden farver og hænge den op i jeres træningslokale eller fællesrum – til inspiration og motivation for andre. Har du forslag eller ønsker til challenges så send dit forslag til Pernille, vores sundhedsfremme konsulent en mail på pvn@shw.dk. På Instagram og Facebook kan du ofte se videoer og forklaringer til de forskellige challenges. Vi vil også gerne vide hvis I tager udfordringen op, så tag endelig #shwsocial eller @shwsocial i jeres post.

Jacked in june

 

Ready for a new challenge? This one is all about bodyweight exercises and can easily be done by everyone and everywhere. However, we know that doing this challenge won't make you "jacked". But if you are new to workouts and training, this will serve as a great kick-off for a more active life at sea.
For those of you who are already in the game, the challenge can be used as a part of your existing training routine or work as a "fun" break between work with your colleagues!

Ready for a new challenge?! This month, we are focusing on bodyweight exercises that everybody can do even with minimal space. You will find cardio- and strength-based workouts and, once in a while, also a team workout. In this challenge, you might recognize two names on the board: Michael Thinnesen and Blazej Bakalarczyk, two great Fit4SEA ambassadors, who both have contributed to a daily challenge with their favourite exercises to do onboard.
