GET INSPIRED BY OUR MENTAL HEALTH GUIDES
A good mental work environment is essential for a crew to thrive and be mentally fit.
SEA HEALTH & WELFARE has published a series of guides to help you increase well-being on board and prevent illnesses caused by a poor mental work environment. The guides focus on a number of different aspects of mental health and well-being on board.
Read about the guides here.
